TG replies are sent to hub users in the format "<Username> Message" // Reply Message".

However, when replying to a rich-message in TG, the comment text is sent to native users without any indication that it was a reply.

Solving this will involve caching the rich-message translations / contented URLs. This caching would probably be in-memory and non-persistent (or maybe it should be persistent?).
